The sensors here are simulated: a heat-balance model of Dubai weather, sun through the glass, people, lights, equipment and air conditioning, with CO₂ from occupancy and ventilation. In a real deployment the same twin reads your BMS, IoT sensors and meters (BACnet, Modbus, MQTT) and sends commands back.
Rendering is real-time WebGL (three.js) in your browser. We build twins from CAD or BIM models, floor plans or scans, and connect them to dashboards, alerts and work orders.
