Overview
At Syntaxlab LLC, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal information.
If you use TeamsUp or connect your Meta (Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp) account to our platform, you may request the deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time.
How to Request Data Deletion
To request deletion of your personal data, please email:

Please include
- Your full name
- Your account email address
- Your company name (if applicable)
- A brief description of your request
What We Delete
Upon verification of your identity, we will permanently delete or anonymize, where applicable:
Data That May Be Retained
Certain information may be retained where required by applicable laws or legitimate business obligations, including:
- Financial and billing records
- Tax and accounting records
- Fraud prevention records
- Security audit logs
These records are retained only for the legally required period.
Processing Time
Verified deletion requests are normally completed within 30 days.
Once completed, we will send a confirmation email.
Meta (Facebook / Instagram / WhatsApp)
If you connected your Meta account to TeamsUp, you may also remove our application from your Meta account.
Removing the application prevents future access. If you also wish us to delete data already stored within TeamsUp, please submit a deletion request using the email above.
